This might be a big post of commentary, so please bare with me. :)
Guitar Pick Business Card: I like the design on the far right, for the placement of the logo. The type could be worked on a little more, just to see how it will all work out. So I would definitely push it a bit. For the bottom left, I am not convinced by the logo being in the background. It is competing with the white type (information), seeing the logo is gray. My suggestion is to get rid of it logo altogether seeing you have the logo in the front. Now, it's different with the other design, seeing the guitar is red, not gray. As well as it is not in the background competing with the information. So again, I don't think the logo needs to be there in the background for the bottom left design.
Professional Business Card: First thing, the "th" is missing on the back design for both examples. It reads 37 and Main, so that is something to fix right away. Second, I do like the white version, where it is only the red border. I'm just wondering, though, if the border may feel too contracting to the logo and the information. Maybe loosen it a bit, not so much, but a bit. To see where that might take you in your exploration.
Letterhead: I might have the same feeling now with the red border contracting the need of the stationery. It's not as much as others' I've seen, but might want to recheck the border placement. I do like the placement of the logo and the information. The guitar's body on the right side is showing past the red border line, so be aware of that as you continue to push. For the back of the stationery, not saying it's a must, maybe you could tone down the color of the type. Not that it blends in 100%, it can still be known that it's there. Just tone down. :)
Envelope: I really like the placement of the logo and the information on this one. The red border is still providing a problem for me (being personal preference). Maybe you could try to have the entire front white with the red border, then use everything black for the flaps. Then, the type could be black instead of white. Something to think about and try. I am not a fan of the red inside the envelope per se. If you keep it, maybe you could have the type full white.
Hopefully, that will give you an idea of what I see of your new designs. :) COntinue to push and showcase your stuff bro!
