New Typographic Piece!

I really like this. It came from a buildup of typographic repression lol

Futura Semi Final

I thought of keeping it simple but i realized that something else that ive struggled with in design is mixing graphics and type cohesively. So i decided to head in a direction with this piece that integrated graphics with a typographic foundation. and yet it would still be clean and simple

new type project

i just started it tonight but i like where its going. now just need to push it in the next direction

the start of the ads

ive decided to go straight illustration and evoke humor. hopefully everything will be self explanatory when its done

Inspiration for my ads

For the next project I want to mis illustration with actual photos. so the first thing that i thought of was space jam lol

self mailer concept

ok i had to rush this and did it today. it was hard coming up with something that would work. im still playing around with it. I want the feel to be inviting and show some unity and a family oriented lifestyle..

final stationery

this is what i have come up with. let me know what you think or if there are any questions

Better photo

Typographic Self Portrait!

This is the first attempt with this technique. Im doing a variety of version with different techniques but just experimentation

Reggie Bush

what more is there left to say fraternity 5 lol

working on making type portraits

ofcourse i had to do my favorite athlete peyton manning lol basically a silhouette using type

working on making the fire better.

more done to it. started over like this so much better :)

Photoshop 3d Lettering and Design

this was my first time doing something like this but it was fun. took along time but now i can do it in a few minutes. time to go to the next tutorial!

playing with some tutorials.

trying to learn some new techniques with fire

Semi Final Template Design

This is the basic concept of the final. A few more things to fix and them itll be ready. i need to also sketch some more designs off the menu. i like how its coming a long. I put the tri-fold, business card together and its good to go. just have to do the rest lol

Stationery Concept Ideas

These are the first designs that I have come up with. Im working a few more designs as you read but i just had to get something down. The first one I did was more playful and I drew images based on their menu items. So when you read over their menu you will understand them. The others were more professional. Im studying a few more templates to get some ideas.

design with logo

i put the logo on it to see what it looks like with the paper

new designs for stationery

im want to have a sketchy type stationery for the design. something fun and playful that works with the company.

Update on the logos.

The client wants to use the roman numerals so I tried to fix up the concept that I have; however, my teacher and classmates like the 2 better and I agree. So for the client and class im going to do both but need to push them to see color options

New Client Work

This is a logo for a Client that is dealing with photography.Had a day to get it done lol

Semi Final Designs

Here are the concepts. I really like the direction that it is going. The manager loved the designs from the start and after making some changes wants to take it to the own once its done so that we can present it and it will possibly be the new logo for the franchise. Im really excited but still working hard to make it better

studying the competition

i want the logo to be strong and be on the level of the top competitors

my new client for intermediate!

after going through 300+ companies I narrowed it down to three.
